Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Full Payments
- A deposit of 100% of total accommodation charge is to be paid to secure a booking. Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only).
Cancellation & Refunds
- If cancelled 0 – 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
- If cancelled 8 to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
- If cancelled 15 or more days before arrival your deposit will be refunded in full.
Damage
- Any major breakages damage to premises or loss of linen utensils etc will be charged to your credit card.
Cleaning
- Any extra cleaning required due extreme mess will be charged to your credit card at $50 per hour.
Smoking
- Luxury on Loch is a smoke free venue inside however guests can smoke on the outside verandah.
Children & Pets
- Unfortunately Luxury on Loch cannot accommodate children and pets (even though we love them!)
