The style and elegance continues upstairs, where another large living area complete with linen couch, flatscreen TV and more Catherine Stewart artwork is just as inviting as downstairs.

Off the living area through French doors you will find a terrace balcony. Furnished with a modern comfortable cane setting this is the prefect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the picturesque scene of Beechworth.

The second king bedroom opens off the living area and boasts a luxurious pillow top King Coil bed, more luxurious linen, pillows and blankets and designer touches throughout. The ensuite bathroom is just as beautiful as the first, with walk in shower, aged brass tapware, Natural Earth body products, thick luxurious white towels and linen waffle dressing gowns.

The downstairs living area has a leather couch, designer arm chairs, beautiful furnishings and artwork by local artist Catherine Stewart. Picture art frame flat screen TV hangs above the fire mantle along with JBL Bluetooth speaker and a selection of books and magazines this completes the living area. Nobo panel provide excellent heating whilst the nectre wood heater gives a cosy ambience. In Summer the evaporated air conditioner and ceiling fans in each room help keep you cool.

There is a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, featuring granite bench top, quality Smeg appliances, a full-size fridge/freezer, electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, Scanpan cookware and a full range of utensils. The pantry includes all the essentials items including twinning teas, freshly ground local coffee from Blynzz, milk, oil, salt & pepper and much more.

Robert Gordon crockery, La Rochere glassware and genuine laguiole cutlery are provided for your dining pleasure.

The downstairs king bedroom opens via French doors to the courtyard garden and has a luxurious pillow top King Coil bed, fresh white French linen sheets and a choice of feather-filled and memory foam pillows. Cosy cushions throws and designer furniture add comfort and atmosphere.

The bathroom is designed to pamper and relax you, with a clawfoot bath, separate shower, aged brass tapware, sensor light mirror. A full range of Natural Earth body products and thick, luxurious white towels. Also provided are beautiful quality waffle linen dressing gowns.

The quaint courtyard garden includes a Weber Q barbecue with utensils.

Seating is taking taken care of by a timber outdoor setting.
